Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Account Status

When your subscription is cancelled, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your existing data and digital twins will not be deleted, but access to premium features may be restricted.

Refund Eligibility

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Within the first 14 days of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund. No refunds will be issued for requests after 14 days.

Service Outages

In case of prolonged technical outages caused by our systems, partial refunds or service credits may be issued for the duration of the affected period.

Chargeback Impact

Initiating chargebacks without valid grounds may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Upgrading

When you upgrade your plan, any remaining balance from your current plan is prorated and applied toward the new plan, granting you immediate access to premium features.

Downgrading

Requests to downgrade your plan will take effect starting from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the active period.
